WOMEN OF ETCHED METAL To wrap up Woman’s history month, we would like to showcase one of our longest serving employees of our company! Tammy Strong began her career at Etched Metal back in 1985 as an order entry clerk. Shortly after, she took over numerous accounting roles such as invoicing and payroll. Over the years she took on even more responsibilities including purchasing and internal bookkeeping duties while also pursuing college part time! Tammy left Etched Metal in 1997 but returned in 2003 and has worked remote ever since. Now she is our full time accountant overseeing our finances! Her remote workspace has allowed her to spend precious time raising her two sons. Tammy would love to see more women in manufacturing. She recommends that they just dive in, learn as much as they can, and ask as many questions as possible! Thank you for everything you have done for us, Tammy!

WOMEN OF ETCHED METAL WEDNESDAY!♀ Roberta Wilson has been with Etched Metal Company since 2008 as our Office Administrator. Here, she handles inputting all orders, directing calls, and sending invoices. However, her impact runs much deeper as she also decorates the front office throughout the year and keeps morale high for our sales team! Roberta absolutely loves the people here as she describes them as the reason she comes to work every day. She would love to see a saleswoman join our team so she can “bring the female touch” to sales. On top of being a mother to 3 daughters, Roberta has 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren! We would not be the company we are today without you, Roberta! Thank you!

WOMEN OF ETCHED METAL WEDNESDAY! ♀ Jaclyn Morgan began working for Etched Metal Company in 2018, starting off as a shipping assistant. Now, she is the head of the shipping department ensuring all of our customers receive their shipments in a timely manner. “Jackie” gains fulfillment with each shipped order since she enjoys the feeling of “getting things done”. She loves the collaboration and teamwork aspects of her job. Her goal for the future of women is to see more women leadership, not just here, but in the entire manufacturing industry. Etched Metal company is proud to have her lead her department and are excited for her continued excellence! Thank you Jaclyn!

WOMEN OF ETCHED METAL WEDNESDAY!♀ Karen Sutyak joined the Etched Metal team back in 2012. She is our purchasing agent and looks over all of our purchase orders and deliveries. Karen is also a mother of three and has one granddaughter whom she looks after every Friday. On top of her roles of mother and grandmother, Karen has been a breast cancer survivor for over 20 years now! Karen enjoys working at Etched Metal Company because of the people and the environment. She is grateful for her flexible part time schedule with the company and couldn’t be happier to be in her position. Karen loves seeing women fulfill roles in male dominated industries and sleeps well at night knowing her granddaughter can be whatever she wants to be growing up! Thank you Karen!

WOMEN OF ETCHED METAL WEDNESDAY!♀ To celebrate women's history month, Etched Metal will be posting about our amazing female employees each week! Kicking off this month is Stephanie! Stephanie Tulauskas has been with Etched Metal Company for almost a year now. She currently works in our screen making department. There, she makes and washes screens to be used in screen printing. Over the last year, Steph is taken aback by how much she has learned. Nothing beats the rewarding feelings she gets every time she learns something new. Steph is known for her enthusiasm and positive attitude around the plant. She is also a mother of two teenage daughters. Steph would love to see more women in manufacturing. She is a firm believer in girl power in typical male dominated industries! Etched Metal Company is grateful to employ such a passionate worker and are happy to empower her throughout her career!
